Ingredients
Method (This Order Matters)
Beat the egg whites
Whip whites with salt to soft peaks - They should stand but still look glossy
Beat yolks lightly
Fold gently into whites
Fold in 1 Tbsp flour
Fold in 1 Tsp corn starch
