Chocolate Ganache

Firm For Frosting

  • 85 grams heavy cream
  • 85 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • Pinch kosher salt

Procedure

  1. Heat heavy cream over medium heat until very hot.
  2. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl, and pour the hot cream over the chocolate.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and whisk until smooth
